By accessing or using PurEdge.AI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and PurEdge.AI.
PurEdge.AI is a subscription-based trading psychology journaling and AI coaching platform. The Service provides tools for trade logging, behavioral analysis, session grading, and AI-generated psychological feedback. PurEdge.AI is an educational tool only and does not constitute financial advice.
By subscribing to PurEdge.AI, you expressly acknowledge and agree to the following:
3.1 All Sales Are Final
ALL PAYMENTS MADE TO PUREDGE.AI ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE. We do not offer refunds, credits, or exchanges for any subscription fees, whether partial or full, under any circumstances. This applies to monthly subscriptions, annual subscriptions, and any other payment made to PurEdge.AI.
3.2 No Refunds for Partial Periods
If you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access to the Service until the end of your current billing period. No refunds or prorated credits will be issued for any unused portion of a subscription period.
3.3 No Refunds After Access
Once you have been granted access to the Service — including any trial period or first billing cycle — you are not entitled to a refund. Access to the platform constitutes delivery and acceptance of the Service.
3.4 No Refunds for Dissatisfaction
Dissatisfaction with the Service, results, AI outputs, or any feature of the platform does not entitle you to a refund. You are encouraged to review all available information about the Service prior to subscribing.
3.5 Chargebacks and Disputes
You agree not to initiate any chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or credit card provider without first contacting PurEdge.AI at support@puredge.ai and allowing us 5 business days to respond. Initiating a fraudulent or unauthorized chargeback constitutes a material breach of these Terms. We reserve the right to pursue recovery of disputed amounts, including any associated fees, and to permanently terminate your access to the Service.
3.6 Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future billing but does not entitle you to a refund of any amount already charged. Your access will remain active until the end of the paid billing period.
3.7 Price Changes
PurEdge.AI reserves the right to change subscription pricing at any time. Existing subscribers will be notified of price changes at least 30 days in advance. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
You agree to use PurEdge.AI solely for personal, non-commercial trading self-improvement purposes. You may not share account credentials, resell access, scrape data, or use the platform in any manner that violates applicable law.
5.1 Educational Purpose Only
PurEdge.AI is a personal journaling, behavioral tracking, and educational tool only. Nothing on this platform — including but not limited to AI-generated analysis, session grades, psychology reports, trade feedback, coaching prompts, behavioral pattern summaries, or any other content — constitutes, or should be construed as, financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, securities analysis, or a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any financial instrument, security, futures contract, option, cryptocurrency, or any other asset of any kind.
5.2 Not a Registered Advisor
PurEdge.AI is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, commodity trading adviser, or financial planner under any federal or state law, including but not limited to the Investment Advisers Act of 1940, the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, the Commodity Exchange Act, or any applicable state securities laws. We do not hold, and do not claim to hold, any license or registration with FINRA, the SEC, the CFTC, the NFA, or any other regulatory body. Nothing in the Service should be interpreted as a solicitation to engage in any securities transaction.
5.3 You Are Solely Responsible for Your Trading Decisions
All trading and investment decisions are made solely and exclusively by you. You acknowledge that trading securities, equities, options, futures, forex, cryptocurrencies, and any other financial instruments involves substantial risk of loss, including the potential loss of your entire invested capital. You agree that PurEdge.AI bears absolutely no responsibility or liability for any trading losses, missed opportunities, account drawdowns, or financial damages resulting from your use of, or reliance on, any content generated by the Service.
5.4 Past Performance Is Not Indicative of Future Results
Any historical trade data, performance metrics, example outputs, testimonials, or illustrative scenarios presented within the Service are for educational and illustrative purposes only. Past trading performance — whether your own or referenced within the platform — does not guarantee, suggest, or imply future results. All trading involves inherent and unpredictable risk.
5.5 AI-Generated Content Is Not Advice
The AI-generated psychological analysis, session debriefs, behavioral scores, and coaching content provided by PurEdge.AI are generated by automated systems and are intended solely to help you reflect on your own trading psychology and habits. This content does not constitute professional financial, psychological, or therapeutic advice. AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inapplicable to your individual circumstances. You should not rely on any AI-generated content as the basis for any financial, medical, psychological, or legal decision.
5.6 Consult a Professional
Before making any financial or investment decisions, you should consult with a qualified and licensed financial adviser, broker, or other professional who is familiar with your individual financial situation, goals, and risk tolerance. PurEdge.AI strongly encourages all users to seek independent professional guidance before trading any financial instrument.
5.7 Compliance with Applicable Laws
You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of PurEdge.AI and your trading activities comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations in your jurisdiction, including but not limited to securities laws, tax laws, and exchange rules. PurEdge.AI makes no representation that its Service is appropriate or lawful for use in all jurisdictions. If you access the Service from outside the United States, you do so at your own risk and are responsible for compliance with the laws of your local jurisdiction.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. PUREDGE.AI DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR THAT ANY AI-GENERATED CONTENT IS ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR SUITABLE FOR YOUR TRADING DECISIONS. USE OF THE SERVICE IS ENTIRELY AT YOUR OWN RISK.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, PUREDGE.AI, ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AFFILIATES, LICENSORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
THIS LIMITATION APPLIES WHETHER THE CLAIM IS BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STRICT LIABILITY, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, AND WHETHER OR NOT PUREDGE.AI HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU PAID TO PUREDGE.AI IN THE 30 DAYS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PurEdge.AI and its owners, officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your trading activity; (c) your violation of these Terms; (d) your violation of any applicable law or regulation; or (e) any third-party claims arising from your actions.
PurEdge.AI reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or chargebacks. Termination does not entitle you to any refund.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively through binding individual arbitration administered under the American Arbitration Association (AAA) Consumer Arbitration Rules.
CLASS ACTION WAIVER: You expressly waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration. All claims must be brought in your individual capacity only.
JURY TRIAL WAIVER: To the fullest extent permitted by law, you waive your right to a jury trial in connection with any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed if modification is not possible, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
These Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement between you and PurEdge.AI with respect to your use of the Service and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, warranties, and understandings.
